RULES OF THE RAFFLE
Official rules of the Facebook and Instagram raffles organized by Lahden Pysäköinti Oy:

Participation period
The participation period for the raffle is the time stated in the raffle announcement.

Who can participate
All private individuals residing in Finland with a Facebook and Instagram username can participate in the raffle. Employees of Lahden Pysäköinti Oy and their family members are not eligible to participate in the raffle. Participation in the raffle is by commenting or liking (or both) the raffle publication. All commenters and likers in this raffle publication in question participate in the raffle; comments and likes on other Lahden Pysäköinti Oy publications do not participate in the raffle.

Prize

The prize mentioned in the publications will be drawn among all participants. The winner will be announced in the comments field of the original publication. The winner will be contacted by private message. The winner will collect the prize from Lahden Pysäköinti Oy’s customer service, Hämeenkatu 26 B. When collecting the prize, the winner must identify themselves with a valid ID and the Instagram user who participated in the draw. The prize will not be posted.

Other terms

Meta does not sponsor, recommend or administer the campaign in any way and it is in no way associated with Meta. Each participant must release Meta from all liability.

In a situation where the prize cannot be delivered to the winner, the winner loses their right to the prize and Lahden Pysäköinti Oy has the right to draw a new winner or not award the prize. The time for collecting the prize will be agreed with the winner by private message. If the winner does not respond to the winner notification sent by Lahden Pysäköinti Oy within seven days, the winner loses their right to the prize.

Lahden Pysäköinti Oy limits its liability to the value of the prizes in the draw.

Data collection and personal data

The contact information provided will only be used for communication related to the draw and will not be retained after the draw has ended.

Your personal data will be collected and stored temporarily to organize the draw or competition. The data will only be used to conduct the draw or competition, contact the winner and deliver any prize. The organizer of the draw or competition and the controller of the personal data is Lahden Pysäköinti Oy. If you win, you can grant the organizer of the competition the right to publish your name and place of residence without separate notice or compensation in the media selected by Lahden Pysäköinti Oy with your separate consent.
