General Terms and Conditions
The parking right entitles the holder to park in an unassigned space at the designated location for 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
The use of the parking facility is at the user’s own risk. Long-term storage must be separately agreed upon with Lahden Pysäköinti Oy. The user is not allowed to sublet or sell the parking right. The ordered contract does not guarantee the availability of a free parking space at the location.
The mutual termination notice period for the contract is one full calendar month, and the subscription ends at the end of the month following the termination notice.
The rent must be paid to Lahden Pysäköinti Oy monthly in advance according to the due date on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed. In case of late payment, overdue interest and a late payment fee will be charged.
Lahden Pysäköinti Oy reserves the right to adjust the rental amount if necessary.
The following parking regulations must be observed:
- Repairing and servicing vehicles in the parking facility is prohibited.
- The lessor is not responsible for damages or inconveniences caused by third parties to vehicles.
- The parking facility’s usage instructions must be followed.
- The contract can be terminated by either party with a 30-day notice period, starting from the 1st day of the following month.
Lahden Pysäköinti Oy and the owner/holder of the parking facility have the right to terminate the contract if the parking right is used in violation of the terms and conditions.
In facilities with barrier gates, the tenant will receive a corresponding number of access cards for parking spaces, which must be returned upon termination of the contract.
