Established in 1990, Lahden Pysäköinti Ltd is a subsidiary owned by the City of Lahti. We operate in the paid parking service sector. The company has two subsidiaries: Lahden Sairaalaparkki Oy (62% ownership) and KOy Lahden Siltavouti (85.8% ownership)
We develop parking services in Lahti by maintaining, building and offering rental parking facilities and spaces. We offer paid short- and long-term parking for companies and private consumers.
Lahden Pysäköinti operates six (6) multistorey car parks in various parts of the city. These facilities offer more than 2,400 parking spaces. Of these facilities, four (4) are owned fully or partly by Lahden Pysäköinti. The company is also responsible for managing the on-street parking spaces in the city centre.
Our parking spaces in multistorey facilities are used about a million times a year and on-street spaces about 1.2 million times a year.
In our operations, we implement the City of Lahti’s parking policies. In line with our strategy, we develop our operations on the basis of data in a customer-oriented and sustainable manner in open interaction with our customers.
